Ross thinks Monica's pregnant, but her denial quickly shifts the
focus to Phoebe, taking the heat off of Rachel, who doesn't know
what to do. However, when Monica sees Rachel spitting out champagne,
she quickly figures out what's really going on. Finally, Rachel
takes another pregnancy test, which confirms that she is indeed
pregnant. Meanwhile, Chandler's shoes make it difficult to share
his first dance with Monica. Joey tries to impress Chandler's mom's
date, a Broadway director. Ross tries to impress one of Monica's
coworkers, who's attending the wedding.

to do with Chandler. And finally, Monica and Phoebe speculate as
to who the father of Rachel's baby is. Joey, thinking that Phoebe's
pregnant, proposes to her so she won't be a single mom, but Monica
quickly tells him the truth. Joey finds a sweater from a one-night
stand that Rachel had a month ago, and deduces that it belongs to
the father. Phoebe recognizes the sweater as one of Tag's and arranges
a meeting for Rachel with him, but he's not the father. Joey proposes
again, this time to Rachel. However, Ross discovers the sweater
and claims it as his...

with him, but is stunned when she gives him the news. Monica and
Chandler become jealous of another honeymooning couple who get bumped
to first class on the airplane. Rachel goes for her first sonogram,
where Ross joins her.

Monica and Chandler return from their honeymoon with stories of
a couple that they met on the flight back. Ross and Rachel disagree
over who came onto whom when they hooked up. He wants to prove it
and accidentally reveals that he has the encounter on videotape.
Monica and Chandler discover that the other couple gave them a fake
number. Ross explains the story of the fateful night: Joey had given
him "the magic story you use to have sex" but it didn't work, so
Joey let him use his camcorder to practice the story. Ross brings
the tape to Monica and Chandler's and the gang watches it. On the
tape, Rachel uses Joey's story on Ross, proving that she hit on
him first.

him. Ross discovers that a coworker of Chandler's has been calling
him Toby for five years. However, that turns out to be helpful after
Chandler sabotages the guy's promotion. Joey sets Rachel up on a
date with one of his co-stars. Ross worries about this and the fact
that he doesn't see a future with Rachel anymore; she may feel just
the opposite as she watches Ross flirt with a woman at Central Perk.

Rachel's mothering instincts kick in at the party, and she resorts
to writing checks for kids when she runs out of candy. Phoebe meets
Ursula's fiance, Eric, and discovers that Ursula has told him nothing
but lies about herself. Monica and Joey discuss who could kick whose
ass among the friends. Ross and Chandler engage in an arm-wrestling
competition, which Chandler forfeits so that Ross can impress Mona.
Phoebe enlightens Eric about Ursula.

Meanwhile, an unknowing Chandler discovers that Monica had a stripper
at her bachelorette party, causing her to try to make it up, by
getting him a stripper. However, complications ensue when the "stripper"
turns out to be a hooker.

important class because of a retiring professor--the only catch
is that the class is across town and he has 10 minutes to get there.
Joey wants to take Rachel to dinner on a pretend date to practice
his dating skills. However, he begins to develop feelings for her
which may interfere in their friendship.

and Phoebe discover by a little detective work. Joey tries to convince
himself that it's just a crush.

wouldn't want to be married to Rachel. Phoebe meets a handsome stranger,
but can't quite get his room number, so she gets Dr. Drake Ramoray
to get it. She also gets him to find out some personal info from
the guy. As Rachel waits for her own baby, various other pregnant
women come and go, until Janice shows up.

the hospital to use for a tryst. After 21 hours of labor, Rachel's
ready to have the baby. Joey blows it for Phoebe but fixes it just
as quickly. The baby is in breach, but comes out okay. After Ross
and Rachel kiss, the baby is named Emma Geller Green. Monica and
Chandler find a janitor's closet. Janice convinces Rachel that she
needs a guy who will be around. Ross still isn't interested, but
Phoebe talks him into it. Joey finds the engagement ring. Rachel
thinks he's proposing and says yes, as Ross walks down the hall
with flowers.
